White Chocolate Oreo Blondies

1: In a saucepan on medium heat, brown the unsalted butter.

2: Allow the browned butter to cool to room temperature.

3: Cream together the cooled butter and both dark and light brown sugars until smooth.

4: Add vanilla and eggs to the mixture, and mix well.

5: In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.

6: Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just mixed (do not overmix).

7: Fold in the chopped white chocolate and 6-7 crushed golden Oreos.

8: Pour the batter into a 9x9 inch pan.

9: Top with additional white chocolate pieces and more crushed golden Oreos.

10: Bake at 325°F for 38-42 minutes or until baked through.
