White Chocolate Blondies

1: In a saucepan on medium heat, brown the butter.

2: Let the browned butter cool to room temperature before using.

3: Cream together the cooled butter and the dark and light brown sugars until smooth.

4: Add vanilla and eggs to the mixture and mix until combined.

5: In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.

6: Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until barely combined (still see flour streaks).

7: Fold in the chopped white chocolate and 6-7 chopped golden Oreos; do not overmix.

8: Pour the batter into a 9x9 pan.

9: Top with additional white chocolate pieces and remaining chopped golden Oreos.

10: Bake at 325°F for 38-42 minutes.
