Strawberry White Chocolate Chip Cookies

1: Melt the butter and mix in the brown and white sugars well.

2: Add in the eggs and vanilla extract.

3: In another bowl, whisk together the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and beet powder.

4: If desired, add food dye with the butter/sugar mixture.

5: Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients gently.

6: Fold in freeze-dried strawberries and white chocolate chips.

7: Scoop onto a baking sheet and rest for at least an hour in the fridge.

8: Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 11-13 minutes.
