S’mores Blondies

1: In a saucepan on medium heat, brown the butter and let it cool to room temperature before using.

2: Cream together the browned butter and sugars until smooth; then add vanilla and eggs.

3: In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

4: Combine the dry and wet mixtures until barely combined, still seeing flour streaks, then add in 1 cup of chopped chocolate.

5: In the bottom of a 9x9 pan, layer in graham crackers and set aside any remaining graham crackers.

6: Add the dough over the graham crackers, top with the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate, and bake at 325°F for 35-40 minutes.

7: When there are about 10 minutes remaining, take it out of the oven and add the remaining crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows.
