Fudgy Brookies

1: Beat the eggs, cocoa, salt, baking powder, instant espresso, and vanilla together.

2: In a separate bowl, cream the melted butter and sugar until shiny.

3: Combine the egg mixture with the butter mixture well.

4: Add the flour to the combined mixture.

5: For the cookie dough, mix the softened unsalted butter with the brown and white sugars.

6: Add the eggs and vanilla extract into the cookie dough mixture.

7: Mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and instant espresso) in a separate bowl.

8: Fold the dry ingredients into the wet cookie mixture, then add the chocolate chips.

9: In a baking pan, pour in about 2/3 of the brownie batter.

10: Top with cookie dough, then add the rest of the brownie batter.

11: Sprinkle any remaining cookie dough on top.

12: Bake at 350°F for approximately 35 minutes.
