Chocolate Cookies & Cream

1: Cream together butter and sugar.

2: Add in vanilla and egg; mix until well combined.

3: In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and espresso powder.

4: Add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and mix until just combined; do not overmix.

5: Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped up Oreos.

6: Set the dough in the fridge for at least an hour (3 hours or overnight is ideal).

7: Bake at 350°F for 13-15 minutes.

8: At 12 minutes, take them out to shape them with a cookie cutter and tap on the counter a couple of times.

9: Then back in the oven for another 2 minutes.

10: Optional: Top with extra Oreos and white chocolate chips.
