Caramel & Pretzel Cookies

1: Cream together cooled brown butter and sugars.

2: Add in eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.

3: In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

4: Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix gently until barely combined.

5: Fold in chocolate chips, Skor pieces, and pretzel pieces.

6: Optionally, swirl in caramel right before scooping the cookies.

7: Chill the mixture in the fridge for 1-2 hours, preferably overnight.

8: Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 12-14 minutes, depending on the size.
