Caramel Pretzel Chocolate Chip Cookies

1: Cream together cooled brown butter and sugars.

2: Add in eggs and vanilla, mix until well combined.

3: In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

4: Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix gently until barely combined.

5: Fold in chocolate chips, Skor pieces, and pretzel pieces.

6: Before scooping, add in optional caramel swirled in.

7: Chill the mixture in the fridge for about 1-2 hours or overnight.

8: Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 12-14 minutes depending on size.
