Brownie Cheesecake Bars

1: Beat eggs, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, espresso powder, and vanilla in a bowl.

2: In a separate bowl, cream melted butter and sugar until shiny.

3: Combine egg mixture and butter mixture well.

4: Add flour and chocolate chips to the combined mixtures.

5: Pour into a 9x9 pan, saving some batter for swirls.

6: Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.

7: In another bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, egg, corn starch, vanilla, and whipping cream until smooth.

8: Pour the cheesecake mixture over the baked brownie layer after 15 minutes.

9: If saved brownie batter is available, swirl it on top.

10: Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.

11: Turn off the oven and let cool for 20 minutes with the door closed.

12: Slightly open the door and cool for another 30 minutes.

13: Chill in the fridge.
