Brownie Bottom Cheesecake

1: Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2: In a bowl, mix together eggs, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, espresso powder, and vanilla.

3: In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar, then microwave until the sugar dissolves and is shiny.

4: Combine the egg mixture with the butter mixture, then gently fold in flour and chocolate chips, do not overmix.

5: Pour the brownie batter into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 15 minutes.

6: For the cheesecake mix, beat cream cheese and sugar until well mixed.

7: Add flour, vanilla, sour cream, and heavy cream, mixing until smooth.

8: Gently fold in the 2 eggs.

9: Pour the cheesecake filling on top of the half-baked brownie.

10: Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F and bake for 45-50 minutes.

11: Turn off the oven and let it rest for 20 minutes with the door slightly ajar.

12: Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
