BROOKIE

1: For the fudge brownies, beat eggs, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, espresso powder, and vanilla together.

2: In a separate bowl, cream the melted butter and sugar, then microwave gradually until the sugar dissolves and becomes shiny.

3: Combine the egg mixture and butter mixture well, then add in flour and chocolate chips.

4: For the brown butter cookie dough, mix together the semi-cooled brown butter with both sugars.

5: Add the eggs and vanilla, then mix well.

6: In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients, then fold them into the wet mixture.

7: Add chocolate chips to the cookie dough.

8: Pour and spread the brownie mixture in a 9x9 pan, then layer the cookie dough on top.

9: Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.

10: Bake any leftover cookie dough at 350°F for 10-13 minutes.
