Delicious Biscoff cinnamon rolls made with a sweet dough and a rich filling, topped with cream cheese icing. Perfect for a cozy breakfast or dessert treat!
Add warm milk into a large bowl and sprinkle on the yeast. Give it a little mix, rest for a few minutes, and then add in the sugar, eggs, and melted butter.
If using active dry yeast, activate it in warm milk and sugar first before adding other ingredients.
Add in flour and salt. Knead for about 8-10 minutes and then let rise for at least an hour or until doubled in size.
For the bottom layer, mix melted unsalted butter, light brown sugar, white sugar, heavy cream, vanilla, and salt. Add to the bottom of the baking tray before adding the rolls.
For the filling, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, biscoff spread, crushed biscoff cookies, and softened butter together well.
Spread the filling on the rolled out dough, roll tightly and cut into 8 equal pieces.
Place rolls on top of the bottom layer and let rise for 30-45 minutes.
Bake at 350°F for 22-27 minutes.
For the cream cheese icing, cream together butter and cream cheese, then add vanilla and mix well.
Slowly add in powdered sugar, and optionally add a bit of milk or heavy cream to thin out the frosting if desired.
Spread icing on top of warm rolls.
